1. About us

Waterproofing Supplies Australia ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells waterproofing products to trade and retail customers in Australia.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing and GST

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and contact you before processing if a material discrepancy is identified.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify. We do not store full card details on our servers. Orders are not dispatched until payment is cleared.

5. Title and risk

Title in the goods passes to you on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery to the address you nominate.

6. Product information

Product images, descriptions and technical data are provided as a guide. Always refer to the manufacturer's current technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) for installation, coverage and compatibility. Substrate testing is the installer's responsibility.

8. Warranties and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Other than those guarantees, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from the supply of goods is limited to (at our option) replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, repair, or refund of the price paid.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, including images, copy, logos and product photography supplied by manufacturers, is the property of its respective owner and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the state in which we are based.
