Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers and freight carriers. Read below for processing times, rates, and bulk/dangerous-goods handling.

Order processing

In-stock orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

Transit times are indicative only and depend on courier networks and your location:

  • Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: 1–3 business days
  • SA, TAS: 2–5 business days
  • WA, NT and regional areas: 3–10 business days

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over the threshold shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site. Bulky, palletised or dangerous goods may be excluded from free shipping.

Bulk and palletised orders

Large volumes are dispatched on pallets via freight carriers. We'll contact you to confirm site access, forklift availability and tail-lift requirements before booking.

Dangerous goods

Certain primers, solvents and adhesives are classified as Dangerous Goods and ship under ADG-compliant carriers only. Some remote postcodes may be restricted — we'll contact you before charging if your address is affected.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and note any visible damage on the consignment note. Report missing items or damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier. See our returns policy for damaged-goods procedure.

Click-and-collect is not currently offered. Please contact us if you have a time-critical site need and we'll do our best to help.
