Returns & refunds policy

We want you to be confident in every order. Below is how we handle change-of-mind returns, damaged goods, warranty claims, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unopened, unused and in original resalable packaging
  • Not a special-order, cut-to-length, custom-tinted or clearance item
  • Not a hazardous/dangerous good (paints, primers, solvents)

Return freight is at the customer's cost for change-of-mind returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large or palletised orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the goods back in acceptable condition.

Damaged or faulty goods

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Note the damage on the consignment note where possible
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved

We will arrange replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you, including return freight.

Manufacturer warranty claims

Many of the brands we carry offer extended manufacturer warranties on system installations. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer; we'll help you lodge a claim and liaise on your behalf. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened liquid products (primers, sealants, paints)
  • Custom-cut membranes, tapes and rolls
  • Special-order or indent items
  • Clearance / final-sale items
